The Resources Committee meet once every half term and is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and reviewing policy and performance in relation to financial management, compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements and reporting, reviewing and making recommendations to the Full Board of Trustees on the annual budget including setting staffing levels. This committee also considers Audit and Premises / Health & Safety on a regular basis.
